The Role

Looking to step into a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the energy transition?

This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding energy trading business undergoing major transformation. As Business Analysis Lead / Lead Functional Architect, you’ll sit at the intersection of Technology, Trading, and Strategy—driving analysis and delivery across Gas, Power, Renewables, and Carbon Trading platforms.

You’ll lead a team of Analysts, shape best practices across the function, and serve as the key interface to the trading business—managing the pipeline of demand, prioritising delivery, and translating vision into roadmap execution.

Crucially, you’ll gain significant exposure to initiatives involving Data Strategy, AI/ML integration, and complex pre-trade systems, in a firm where analysis is valued as a commercial edge, not just a support function.
