The Work

Want to help build the system that powers the $25 trillion global commodities trade?

This is your shot to do just that, right at the ground floor.

You’ll join a tiny team with serious traction ($600k+ revenue, VC backing, and only 2 engineers so far), building tools that automate outdated processes like document validation, shipment coordination, and risk management. Traders currently do most of this by email and spreadsheets. You’ll help change that.

Expect real ownership over the full stack, a strong voice in shaping the product, and a working rhythm that feels more like founding a company than joining one. This is intense work, but the payoff—both in impact and equity—is just as big.

You’ll thrive here if:

• You’ve worked in an early-stage startup before, ideally on enterprise or AI-native products

• You’re fluent across the stack, especially Typescript front-to-back, and comfortable with Go, Java, or similar

• You’ve built and shipped real things fast, under ambiguous conditions, and with high technical standards

• You’re excited by AI tooling and have played with Hugging Face, Cursor, or Windsurf

• You want equity, impact, and a say, not just a job

What you’ll be doing:

• Building new features across React, TypeScript, Go, Mongo, and Python (applied AI focus)

• Working side-by-side with the CEO and CTO to tackle high-friction problems in global trade

• Scaling a platform that can replace dozens of workflows in commodity operations

• Prototyping fast, learning from real users, and shipping production code in tight loops

• Taking ownership of everything from infrastructure decisions to UI polish
