The Role

This is your chance to take ownership of one of the most critical systems in global commodities trading: Openlink Endur.

As a Senior or Lead Endur Developer, you’ll work hands-on with the platform while also shaping its future. From supporting the full trade lifecycle to building out greenfield functionality, you’ll be solving real business problems with direct impact on the front office.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing technology team that partners with trading, risk, and operations to keep markets moving. This is not a pure support role — you’ll be designing, optimising, and integrating Endur to meet new trading strategies and regulatory demands in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Delivering scalable solutions and new functionality in Openlink Endur
• Customising and configuring products, trade workflows, and settlement processes
• Programming in JVS and extending functionality with Java/C#
• Enhancing performance and optimising complex trade lifecycle processes
• Leading or contributing to greenfield buildouts and large-scale system integrations
• Working closely with traders, risk managers, and operations to deliver business-critical outcomes
• Reverse-engineering and improving documentation across highly customised installations

What makes you a great fit:

• 10+ years’ experience in commodities or energy trading technology
• Hands-on expertise in Endur development, with strong recent JVS exposure
• Strong configuration knowledge across trade lifecycle, product setup, and settlement
• Solid programming skills in Java or C# plus SQL for data management
• Experience with OpenComponents, Connex, and API integrations
• Excellent communicator, able to translate technical changes into business value
• For Lead level: proven track record in delivery ownership, mentoring, and stakeholder leadership
