The Job

Ever wanted more ownership over the investment decisions you’re modelling, testing, or explaining?

Here, you’ll sit close to the strategy, shape the portfolios, and help define the platform. You’ll work with our SEC-registered investment arm), supporting daily trading, designing strategies, and collaborating with product and engineering to bring investing ideas to life.

You’ll join a growing fintech backed by top-tier investors, including the founders and execs behind Uber, Airbnb, and Robinhood. Your work won’t sit in a slide deck, it’ll power real portfolios used by real people, every day.

You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas forward, the support to test and learn fast, and the trust to ship meaningful work. If you’re tired of analysing trades you didn’t help shape, this is the place to change that.

What makes you a great fit:

You’ve likely worked in investing, analytics, or markets and now want to get closer to the action or move out of the back office and into the core.

• You’ve built or supported investment strategies or live portfolios in a commercial setting

• You’re fluent in Python and can wrangle financial data without hand-holding

• You’re interested in retail investing, product strategy, and seeing your work used in the real world

• You want to work in a small, hands-on team and contribute beyond a narrow job title

• You’re based in NYC (or can relocate) and happy with 4+ days/week in-office

You might also have:

• Experience with backtesting, factor models, or portfolio attribution

• Exposure to C#, SQL, or RIA operational workflows

• Familiarity with evaluating fund managers or creators
